Students in Fourth Grade are using manipulative shapes to help reinforce Geometry!

St. Gregory Cathedral School celebrated Palm Sunday of the Lord's Passion today. Palm Sunday is the day we remember Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.

Our school made a book for Pope Francis for Catholic Schools Week. Each grade level made a picture or wrote a letter to him. His Holiness, Pope Francis we appreciate your love and service to God and others. We mailed it to the Vatican City today!

During Catholic School's Week we donated over 250 books to the Children's Advocacy Center in Tyler. A great big thank you to our students for sharing their books with others.

Today we watched as last year's palms were burned to ashes in preparation for Ash Wednesday. Ashes are a sign of repentance. We show we are sorry for our sins and we try harder to live as children of God. ✝️

The Saints in Heaven share in the glory of Christ. We believe with confidence that we are in communion with these holy men and women through our communion with Christ in the Spirit. Holy men and women - Pray for us!
